March 2022 Newsletter & Prayer Requests

This month at Christ Link team members started to choose their areas of focus. This is so exciting because it is like choosing your college classes.

Prayer Requests

As always we like to open with our prayer requests. A lot of them will be similar to last month’s so let us continue to be praying for God to use our organization and for him to be a the forefront of everything we do.

February 2022 prayer requests:

• Pray for our board to grow. Pray for effective followers of Christ to be put in place on the Christ Link Board that will uphold the vision of Christ Link and can help further the mission of Christ Link.
• Wisdom for our board as we make decisions and plan for developing 2023 fundraising, team events, overall growth, and sustainability.
• Pray for finances to purchase supplies like paper and ink or fliers. We will need these since we plan to go to churches and speak about Christ Link. (Donate to Christ Link!)
• Pray for God to be developing leaders within the Christ Link team. Also that He would put people in place on the teams where they are needed and where they should be serving.
• Pray for the nonprofits we work with to be blessed and to grow in their marketing and online presence.

March’s Meetup: Analytics & Marketing Strategy

As mentioned in last month’s training, it is vital that you analyze the data behind your marketing. You can see what is working, what is most effective, and how you can continue to improve. Our marketing analytics training is designed to show the areas of opportunities for Christian Nonprofits looking to grow their website.

While I would love to share the Analytics training with you, there is a large amount of specific data from one of the nonprofits we support as well as a lot of strategies discussed. Due to this, we are going to hold off on sharing the recorded lesson.

Ways You Can Help Christ Link Grow

This fall we will be onboarding the next group of first-year team members to Christ Link. To onboard those team members we will be going to different churches to talk about Christ Link and invite people to join.

Christ Link is designed like a 3 year program where the first year is focused on teaching and equipping team members, the second year gives them much more hands-on work, and the third year they have the option to fully serve or to step into a teaching role while serving. We want to build from the ground up internally so everyone that becomes a leader within Christ Link learned and experienced the same start and training.
